The Inmotion app allows full control of your wheel and is generally stable. I did have (consistent) problems doing 1.3.3 BLE firmware update that comes bundled with the 1.2.22 mainboard firmware on a V11 with my iPhone SE (2020 model), which rendered two V11 wheels unusable until I could resume the firmware update with another device (6th gen iPad). I figured I would just not update the firmware with my iPhone then, but for the recent 1.4.13 and 1.4.15 mainboard updates this app locked my V11 on connection until I accepted to install the firmware: not nice when you’re not at home and may be stuck after a firmware update failure! So far, the only problematic firmware update is the 1.2.22 mainboard update that everyone has to go through on a new V11 from factory (bundled BLE firmware is the problem). The firmware versions after that installed correctly. However, forcing me to install firmware before getting home safely is not ok. Some minor suggestions for using the app during riding (phone strapped to arm): - prevent screen lock, such that speedometer can always be read - enable rotation lock when Inmotion app is active to prevent “flipping” during arm movement - ability to view recorded rides when wheel is not connected (“offline mode”)

After turning the vehicle off and on again, the saved custom sound and light goes back to factory settings. Use of location cannot be turned off. Not GDPR-ok. Translations to english are poor to say the least and some stuff is still in Korean. Uploads to vehicle can only happen in a few second timeframe when turning vehicle off and before it completely shuts down. Very amateurish.

Pour du matériel aussi chère avoir une application non utilisable c est vraiment pas sympa , si j aurais su j aurais acheter une autre marque pour avoir quelque chose de plus aboutie , mal traduit pour le peux qu elle est traduit vraiment pas au point , encore pire qu une version bêta

Horrible app, poor user experience. Supposed to work in French but everything is in chinese. You can select km/h in the setting but everything remains in mp/h... What an horrible experience ! Hopefully some settings are working such as start/stop/etc...

The app is overall really good. Only complaint is that I can’t change from miles/h to kilometres which is easier to use for Europeans... would be nice if this will be adjusted in the future!

Plein de petits buts, des textes en chinois, tout n’est pas converti en km/h, impossible de changer de nom d’utilisateur, ... c’est dingue de faire des trucs comme ça !

I’d love to tell you about this app, but when signing up, the required verification code never comes. I’ve tried via email and phone number several times each. Nope. Nothing… and so I can’t even get to step one in setting up my new wheel… This makes me very nervous about my new plan for my commute.

Bought an S1 that is broken right out of the box and doesn’t work. I want my money back. Customer support in app is broken and doesn’t load no matter how long I wait. Worst e—scooter ever?
