How to Check Pulse Using Finger:
- First, make sure your fingers aren’t cold. When checking your pulse, be sure your fingertip completely covers the camera lens and flashlight.
- Press gently with your finger. Pressing too hard may result in reduced blood flow, which will make it more difficult to get an accurate result.

Watch out for this app!!
I installed it for one day, it didn’t work for me so I deleted it instantly. It didn’t even get to start the payed period. During the time that app wasn’t even on my phone it started subscription and was charging me money every single week for a few months! Normally app when deleted does not do this. They don’t want to pay me back big amount of money’s that they took from me saying it was all obvious and I got an email confirming the subscription. I highly do NOT recommend to anyone.

I installed it, thought it would work and bam. I put my finger ten times on my camera and it still wouldnt work! thanks a lot. 🥲

Wow there are some things I didn’t know. I have trouble breathing. I guess my allergy is coming back since I moved.

After comparing to another form of heart rate monitor, I have to say it is fairly accurate and easy to use.
NOT FREE BEWARE!
Even though this app advertises as “Free“ it is not! Beware even if you delete the app before the trial period is over, they will charge you a period fee of $6.99. By periodic I mean weekly. This is ridiculous! You could take your pulse a number of ways for a lot less than $6.99 a week.

The only thing you can do is your heart rate unless you pay to use anything else.
