Hi , I placed a order for consular table. Until the order is placed customer care was attending my calls , after the payment is made no one is attending my call nor replying to my message on what’s app . They are not updating about my order . Very bad experience. Stay away from this app . Fraud

King Size Bed, model : “solid wood imperia” was ordered on 23rd July, it’s been more than a month & not a single communication informing about the delivery timelines #INSF493232133 Bar unit too was received in damaged condition hasn’t been attended too

We bought the furniture of worth rs 151000-/ they sold us damaged, without proper finishing with scratches all over the furniture and now they are not ready to replace it or return the money fake people

This is out and out fraud company. They supply refurbished furniture by polishing them to look new. I purchased a dining table whose top was cracked. They excused by saying it is in the nature of wood that these cracks are appearing. I some how believed and ended up buying a sofa. To my horror it’s back was broken on delivery and they refused to replace it. Offered to nail the broken parts and polish instead. Still the carpenter confirmed that the repair will be visible and will never be like new. Imagine supposedly a new piece of furniture is supplied in this condition. I’m contemplating legal action, anyone who wish to join are welcome, will only strengthen the cases against the fraud company. Do contact or message on 8879667524.

I am so so unhappy with insaraf, I have ordered dinning table and TV unit on 13th March and still I haven’t received the products yet, being mailing to them and not at all getting any clearity on my products delivery, I have asked if you can’t deliver the. Refund my money but no reaction on it… such a pathetic and unprofessional behaviour… on calls also they sound so unprofessional

It’s been more than a month I’m still waiting for my order to be delivered. Order only if you don’t expect your order delivery 🤬

think thrice before buying anything from insaraf. trust me don’t go with fake reviews. check online reviews, facebook, twitter and google review. don’t waste you hard earned money

I ordered a bedside drawer with jali, it was delivered today and it is fantastic, very satisfied with the purchase, buying experience as well as delivery process.

This app is the best platform to buy wooden furniture. The price is also pretty good. I liked everything about this brand. Highly recommend.
