Downloaded, signed in and screen just keeps “loading”. I can’t do anything on it. Absolutely terrible!!!! Not happy at all

The only feature that works is the QR code. Payment, communication widgets etc all just continuously show as loading

Constantly logs me out, so I have to enter username and password each time I pick my kid up. Defeats the purpose, I can just give them the PIN rather than use the app.

This app lacks basic functionality. I have to log in every single time I go to use it, which is twice a day to check my kids in and out of school. It doesn’t remember username or password, and doesn’t have Face ID. I don’t understand why anyone would ever choose this app to do anything for their business. It’s frustrating to have to use.

Please stop logging me out of the app everyday. So frustrating having to login in everyday suddenly.

App is very basic, and now the latest update broke the only feature I liked which was autologin..

It would be great if the app could save my user ID or actually have an Auto login feature. The ideal would be to allow touch login. With a 12 digit password, I have to go into my password program to retrieve the password to copy in and then entering my full email address for my user ID is just as time consuming.

So I don’t have to use this app any more.

My daycare requires us to use the checkin feature of this app every day. I find the app continuously logs me out requiring I log back in. There is no support for Face ID. Further the app does not support 1Password or other managers, so when I use 1Password it does not show any logins as being applicable, requiring a search every time.
