Sick of this app, looking for something else I start losing customers because of there error and clutches
I’ve tried reaching out to them for help for the past 2 months with no emailed returned or phone calls. I’ve been a customer for over 3 years. I’m deleting my account at the end of this week if there are no returned calls.
Horrible system. We had it for almost six months and it never fully worked right. It made a mess out of our accounting. Most of its promised features do not work. Support team does not fix issues. Stay away!
Every time I attempt to login I'm given a connection error, license error, or timed out error. This app never seems to work.
Bottom line is if you have less than 10 reps, there’s easier ways to get done what you need to without frustrating your team with this shallow platform. While the top level design is there on functionality, there’s no depth to the solution. It’s fraught with bugs and team lacks accountability on resolving problems. They’re quick to point blame in other items like hardware or other things including that were the “only” ones that are experiencing the issue. Looking for alternatives as I’m 6 months in and can’t do this to our team any longer.
All the time you app mixed stock products. Real count products don’t match to count what showed your application to the customers
After trying several different ways to integrate Quickbooks Enterprise to a cloud-based solution, this one has been the easier one to set-up. We have experienced stability and connection issues, but were able to get support within the hour. The only downside in my case is the lack of basic features like invoice history for previous years, no credit memo option for the reps on the field and no open balance report. These are things you can do with a single click on the desktop that do not require additional programming. More features will surely mean more money in the future… lets hope they can continue to deliver. Thanks AH.
The system keep kicking me out non stop that’s a very big problem
The app over all looks good. But no One answer the phone, email. And respond time take several days. They need to try to solve customer problems very fast. Since it’s a service that is needed to be use everyday all day. I can’t have my drivers waiting for them to pick up to phone or days to give an answer to the problem.
