There isn’t a registration, just a log in. was able to make an account in a web browser but wasn’t able to use that login for the app. what a joke
Always crashes and disconnecting.. please fix this app
Use it to see my inspire IC15 stat. Bike…can’t see nothing always crash and can’t have acces to my session…we have to use out phone as screen cause bike didnt has one but often didn’t work. Disapointed
With all the negative reviews on app freezing, why would you not upgrade your app! I have a subscription, but can’t get through an entire workout with app freezing.
App suuuucks. Super glitchy, freezes mid workout and you eventually have to close it which restarts your workout. Did a recent update today and app will not open now even after I tried deleting and reinstalling. Really ruins the workout vibes Turn it up Tyler, if you see this, we love you. Move to a legit company so we can get our spin on
I want to like it and love our T2 but videos freeze and won’t restart among other annoying things.
I understand providing an app to display speed and performance since they don’t provide a display on the bike. But it’s unfair to then charge subscription to use the app. Split out the training videos and charge for them but don’t turn my bike into landfill after one year. Appalling.
Can’t see my speed, resistance, distance without subscription with 1400$ equipment. Really?
It has potential but I cant justify paying for a subscription when half their workouts don’t have videos, photos or descriptions of the exercise and how to prepare your machine properly. Disappointed, especially since the machine was $3000. Surely they can afford to update their app.
