the worest app
It is the worest app, I live abroad and usually use all apps anywhere except this one despite I activated it inside Egypt and used it for one year to pay my utility bills in Egypt however it suddenly stopped???!!! No customer service, or they have zero knowledge despite I’m calling overseas for 30 minutes without any solution yet after few days??!!!
Disconnected when travelling
I am in Canada an I cannot use it. My Egyptian SIM card is in my phone and the outgoing number is a short code. Please give us a normal number to activate from anywhere. Keep in mind we have to enter a prefix code before sending an outgoing text. So 4551 simply doesn’t work.
Login issues
Every time I try to login I receive an error that session expired please login with no button or link to use. I have to close the app and open it 5-10 times to be lucky once and login to my account. Please fix this problem

مشاكل كتير اثناء التسجيل و مافيش خدمه عملا نعرف نكلمهم من بره مصر و ال whatapp بتاهم خدمته سيئه جدا جدا بيقولك هيحولك لشخص تتكلم معاه و ده مش بيحصل اصلا
لايقدم اي جديد ومفتوح ع البحري
سياسة الاتفاقيه مفتوحه ع البحري عندهم حق يعملو اي حاجه ببياناتك ومش مسؤولين عن اي تحويل يحصل حتي لو بالخطأ والبرنامج لايقدم شئ جديد خدمات اصلا موجوده في برامج البنوك حاليا يحتاج لكثير من المراجعه ووضع شروط ملزمه للطرفين

لازم تتحل المشكلة دي بيبقي في حسابين علي بنكين و كل بنك متفعل بخط مختلف فلازم الموضوع ده يتحل
