The new team has been great! Keep up the great work! Would love the ability to set a max brightness for when you use the switch. Also would be great if you could disable the switch so it only works in the app

The old apps was working pretty good but this one not accessible eveb after a password reset. It always tells me that the login failed. I don't know how many times I reset the password but it fails everytime. I even sign in with a second email account and it's the same thing. Now, I have a whole bunch of Insteon devices, including a hub but I cannot access any of these with this app. It's terrible and I hope you will solve it. The first thing I need is access my account.

Half the time doesn’t work. Now it won’t let me sign in. Says my password is incorrect. When I reset, still get the same message even though I can sign onto my account via web browser. So frustrating!

When they have multiple disclaimers about support you know it’s something to avoid. It works off and on. Looks pretty but if you want reliability get the old app

The UI is nice but I prefer to have more visible buttons at the same time (smaller buttons) and different icons pictures in buttons to help identify them. Loved the Insteon product but losing confidence.

As someone who beta tested the app prior to release, it did not have the issues we’re faced with in this public release. After somewhat of a love letter from the CEO about Insteon devices and the direction of the app to its user base, long-standing Insteon supporters of its products were looking forward to this release. What we have is still limited for today’s well informed and mature Smarthome user base. With the lack of updates or even acknowledging the issues with this release, it has caused me to lose trust in Insteon and begin the costly replacement of Insteon devices in my home after many years of building a purely Insteon Smarthome.

As of 2020-10-27 the app isn’t working properly like others have mentioned. It shows me lights are on but they actually aren’t. Also I can’t see my garage door controllers either so that’s not going to help. Going back to the old app for now until this is fixed. On the plus side the concept is very good and much faster than the old app but if it doesn’t work it’s useless.

Follow up comments, sunset sunrise feature now working. The app opens faster than the old version, much easier to program a device, overall I am getting use to this new version and it's not bad overall. Now that I have used the app for a few weeks I am now going back to the old app, sunset sunrise feature does not work and for whatever reason the app does not reflect the actual function of a light. It shows a light on when it is off or the reverse. This is frustrating, if a light is to turn off at a specific time I should be able to see this when I open the app not play around to confirm it .

When releasing a new and improved app...it should be new and improved. This app version is new, but far from improved. The original app should be updated and refreshed, not replaced with a lesser quality app. Your developers have failed with this version. UPDATE & IMPROVE ORIGINAL APP!

Cmon guys and gals! We have been waiting for this app since before time began! So much hype put behind this app update and I still cannot control my thermostat? Whats the point? Yeah I get that it’s complicated but I think that if the founder of this product (Joe Dada ) could find a way to incorporate all the devices so that they actually work with this new app. The disappointing part of this whole thing is that all the automation companies out there are surpassing insteon. They don’t even come close to insteon’s technology but they were able to incorporate more than insteon has. Very disappointing. Still I have faith that you guys and gals will figure this out eventually and then I will retract my review.
