The Integra Controller is the official Integra remote control application that allows users to conveniently operate compatible Integra network products from their iPhone/iPod touch/iPad.
The intuitive, user-friendly interface makes it easy to get more from your AV home entertainment experience.
Main functions that can be operated through this application.
(1) Play music in each room or every room
- Lets you play music from music streaming services such as Pandora, Spotify, DEEZER and TIDAL, your music library on your smart device, or your NAS drive on compatible products.
- You can play your music via radio, Bluetooth and USB.
(2) Remote control functions
- You can operate general control functions (play/stop, control the volume, select the input source, etc.) from your smartphone.
(3) Operation of connected product（home theater product such as AV amplifier）
- Lets you control a Blu-Ray Disc player or TV that is connected to an AV amplifier or home theater product via HDMI.
(4) Dirac Live-enabled products measure automatic sound field correction. In addition, filters can be edited.
(5) Audio/Video formats of input and output can also be checked.
*By setting the “Network Standby” menu item in the unit’s initial settings to ON, you can use this application to turn on the power of the unit.

・Why Device's location is needed? Answer: In order to set-up your wireless devices which are located around you, SSID and Access Point info is needed. There is no other purpose to use the information of Device’s Location.

My app crashes as I launch the app on Iphone 11 just started a few days ago,
I have reboot my cell phone,, I have deleted and installed new app, , I have use two iPhones and a Samsung, , the only thing that might different is that on my street bell have changed from copper wire to fibre optic otherwise, ,, everything the same,, , HELP ME
This latest version freezes!!! On Iphone 11
I have a receiver that controls my TV in three zones . I am trying to listen to music on zone 3 and the app Integra pro keeps crashing.. When selecting the zone 3 which is for outdoor music it keeps going back to zone 1.. Your latest update.. FREEZES!! Help please call me omario 416 999 5730

Uninstalled and reinstalled program everything is up to date. App crashes and won’t startup

Great if it works
It worked well for 3 months then I started getting gray screens and black screens.
Now refuses to find the receiver
Useless App!
Apple should remove such apps which do not work at all and have 1 star reviews! Waste of time!

Selling the Integra. Buying another system
I’ve tried for 2 years to connect the Integra App to my receiver. Never connects. Still won’t work despite several phone calls to Integra. I’m going to sell the receiver and buy a system that is excellent quality with an app that actually works.

My previous review was deleted, but this app worked flawless for two years and the last 3 or 4 updates have broken the ability to connect and now it’s unusable. Luckily I had the older version on my iPad which still works so now I have to back up to older version and restore to my phone. I would have paid for this app if it wasn’t changed, but the developers seem to want to find ways to change it and break things. Thoroughly frustrated!
Album artwork disappeared
New UI seems easier to use, but main complaint is that the album artwork no longer shows.

Not sure why folks complain about this app. It works fine on both iPhone and iPad on recent year Integra models. We’ve got a DRX 5.2 from
2018 and esp w the new UI it controls multiple zones easily and efficiently. Nice recent update Integra!
