The app found my radiator easily but you can’t do any programming from the app, can’t adjust the temperature or edit the program. In fact it looks like the only thing I can do is advance to the next programmed time, or cancel it. Needs a lot more functionality to be of any use.

It seems that after the last update an issue was introduced that crashes the app when trying to adjust schedule timing which makes the app not fit for purpose

Cannot set timer settings from the app-the temperature sets ok but when you touch the start or end times the app immediately crashes - this happens every time so it’s impossible to use the app & have to revert to onboard display (iPhone 12) - ios16.2 (latest software installed) I have an earlier iPad Air which also fails to allow the user to set the timer on the app So GlenDimplex when are your software engineers going to sort this out (reading the reviews other people are having the same issue)

Timer doesn’t work, also heater is set for 17* and is not on, currently the room is about 8* but heater doesn’t turn on until is set for above 19*

This app no longer connects to my radiator, it picks up the radiator but just doesn’t connect.. it used to work great.

I have recently downloaded this app to use on my 3 heaters. Installing the app and the heaters were fine, now I can’t even get on to the app to use it and turn the heaters up and down. It doesn’t load up. Not impressed!!

It’s not easy to get anything to work well with this app. Often the only way to switch between heaters is by coming out of the app altogether and starting again.

This app has always worked fine. But has just today decided not to work properly anymore. The bedroom rad no longer connects to Bluetooth despite being visible on the app. The lounge rad has stopped being visible in the app but is connected to Bluetooth??!

I cannot use the system because my partner has the app, therefore I can’t log in! So if they aren’t at home, the app is pointless. UI is terrible, lots of returning to first page and waiting and reloading. Brrrrr.

Not user friendly.. not intuitive. Many a wasted hour trying to work it out. The help link doesn’t work , there’s no manual. Give the amount I’ve paid for the rads surely you could spend some on the app development.
