Unfortunately I will have to agree with the one star reviews here - I prefer to determine for myself how a service is, as reviews with low opinions may not be accurate (and vice versa); nevertheless, I am giving one star due to the strange operation decisions the company makes which impacts timely sending of funds. Most specifically upon sending my first transfer, I was immediately sent an email to verify my identity with 'documents'; they were semi-specific on which documents (Gov't foreign ID) but not the process of this. Why was this mot done during the signup process? If one does not immediately see the email notification, you could be wondering what is going on with the transfer - no information is given within the app. Continuing, upon clicking a link in the email you are sent back to the app. You must navigate yourself to the upload documents screen and choose a document to upload. There is no feedback once you arbitrarily upload a document nor is there any notification on whether you were verified or not. Because of this uncertainty, I cancelled the transaction within 6 minutes, although the app presented a message that the 30 minute limit to cancel had expired. Not true. More bizarre was that I received an email stating the transaction was cancelled 10 minutes later - so there is a definite disconnect in the programming logic of the app. Furthermore I was never informed of a successful identity verification or not. Calling customer service netted no response, only continuous on hold music. I decided to close the account which can be done within the app, again however there is no proper notification of this either. I do not recommend this service.

Be careful with these company, I tried to send money and they will asking me to upload a picture of my debit card with the security code and expiration date! Like what is the reason ? The retain my money and keep asking the same information every month ? I need to proof who I am to send money every time when I already send my w2, proof of address, taxes! Like never again.

The app almost does not work on my iPhone. Beginning with the activation of the link to the email, ending with a distortion of the spelling of my name. Many of the stated functionality is simply not available P.S. An answer in the style ‘ dude, you have something wrong with your iPhone’ - not accepted :)

Antes era super tranquilo e rápido, atendimento bom… Depois começaram a ter muitas burocracias pra mandar dinheiro, pedindo inúmeros documentos e mesmo quando eu mando, não liberam a transação. Tentei por uma conta bancária pediram inúmeros documentos e no fim ainda faltava, não aceitaram. Quando tentei outra, pediram muitos documentos, e mesmo eu mandando todos, ainda não liberaram a transação. Já foi muito bom o serviço, mas infelizmente caiu o nível drasticamente.

very slow to send the money, bureaucratic too

I signed up to send money to my bank acct in another country. I sent the money earlier today. I received an email saying I had to send a cancelled check for them to verify my acct. Mind you, when adding my bank acct to send the money, I connected using Plaid. Plaid verify the bank acct. The inter agent said in order for them to send the $ to the bank acct, I had to send a copy of a canceled check or cancel. I told her to cancel because if Plaid verify the acct, why does Inter has to? They are trying to collect information that Plaid isn’t giving them for a reason. No thank you!!!

Stay away! This service collected money from my bank account and later customer support came to tell me my account was not approved. How do you collect money from an account that is not approved?? It made me lose a lot of money since I could have used Wize instead, which is a much better service. I am still waiting for my refund.

You received my money, but you didn't send it and it's been 5 days, I don't know why, can you really do the work or cancel my transaction please

The app is very good when you are already logged in But if you log out and try to log in again it is a night mare It doesn’t let you go back unless you have to wait until hours later or the next day They need to fix this problem
