Happy to find a free app that is able to help me with my fasting journey, rather than skimp out and screw people over the app designer opted to keep this free and for that I recommend others use it and support them.
Love,love, love this app!!! Makes fasting easier and doesn’t lock you in. You have the flexibility to fast 16 one day 18 another whatever you want! Best part is how easy it is to use. I’m slow to learn anything vaguely techie but this is such a breeze. Checking my time throughout the day inspires me to push on w fasting. Highly recommended — don’t hesitate to set up!
This is a great app to track your Fasts
Especially Apple Watch app! Not complicated. To record long fasts or preparation days I just note it in my food log. Not exactly sure how to get the Siri input going. And synching to health is a bit difficult for me. The simplicity of it is good. The color scheme works for low vision. Not cluttered!
I am enjoying this user friendly app.
I have several years of weight data and when I allowed Serene to access it I noticed it doesn’t seem to know what year it is. For example it’s showing weight records with no year data that is over a year or 2 old as current weight. Probably just an oversight in development that will be fixed soon. Everything else is pretty great. Thank you.

This app feels genuine and you can customize your timer
I started using it recently. Fantastic and simple user interface. Quite easy to log start and end of fasting. And nothing beats free. But where it breaks down is statistics. It shows for the past 7 days my average fast has been 35 hours. Which I computed is a total of my entire fasting since I started using the app divided by 7. So each day I record the fast, the number goes up. And up. And up. So much so it made me look at other alternatives because I want to be able to trust the data.
