Sometimes we just need a simple app that simply works. This is one of that. This app promises o e thing do that in a spectacular way, without complicated settings nor a lot of addons or questionable subscriptions. It’s great to see some developers creating apps like this. Although simple, is allows for some customization. It also has complications for the Apple Watch, supports multiple devices. I simply can’t recommend this app enough for how efficient it is.

It has all the basic metrics we need even if it lacks some of zero’s stats, it’s good enough to use it instead

It’s cool that the app is completely free with no subscriptions or anything when almost every app has a in app purchases to access a feature

Easy, simple, no charge, no ads!

I’m new to dry fasting for 24hrs. This app is great for motivating me to keep going by letting me know what my body is doing at that level of the fast.

I just like how simple it is to use, and what phase you’re going through with the fast.

The Fasty App has simplified keeping track of both my fasting & feasting windows.

Been using the app for a week so far. -simple interface -easy to use -great at tracking total number of fasts, length of fasts, and even body weight -FREE! Can’t wait to see what else is to come. With ever app now a days charging left and right, I really hope this app stays free.
