Ok, so I never write reviews, but It took me an hour to find a free app that has a fasting timer and that is well done. Best fasting app without the money grab!

Love it, it’s just a timer very simple when I’m hungry I look at the APP and it encourages me to go further, I eat OMAD so my fasting time is between 19 to 23 hours.
