I literally just started using this app & it’s for sure my fave of the fasting apps. Setup took about 4 seconds. No need to enter a ton of information- perfect. 10/10. Would download again.
I have used other apps and love this app for its clean aesthetic and simplicity. Does everything I want in a fasting tracker!
What does that mean? In the app it says Ketosis Oh Deep Ketosis Oh? Do you mean No? Huh
At first the color combos looked odd to me, but they’re all very pretty. Simple, easy to use, but there’s some minor annoyances that I hope will be fixed in the future. 1. The widget timer is still. It doesn’t move to update your elapsed/remaining fasting time. 2. The maximum fasting time is 5 days, 23 hrs. 3. You cannot update the starting time of a fast if it started more than 24 hours ago, nor can you log past fasts you forgot to track.
Simple, aesthetic, and easy to use. Developer is quick to respond to messages and is very nice about trying to help out. Best fasting app ive used by far!
I like that this app is really simple. You pick how long you want to fast and then you track it. That’s it. No “premium” subscriptions. No water tracker or step counter (aka more things to fail at and feel bad about - there are plenty of other apps that track those things if you really want). No annoying, repetitive “tips” that are really just common sense. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is I am not sure about the science behind the different “levels” of fasting. “Fat burning” happens at different times for different people. And I don’t know if I believe this whole “deep ketosis” thing. Fasting >72 hours to achieve this state is probably unnecessary and possibly even dangerous. Read “Fast, Feast, Repeat” by Gin Stephens for a lot more science to back me up.
I would like the widget to switch Light/Dark based on the system mode.
Wonderfully simple and to the point fasting app. Great support from the developer as well
Absolutely LOVE this app no fluff just tracking. Developer has been fantastic on any bugs encountered and excited to see where this goes!
