Excellent!
It's an excellent app for beginners! You starting with small walk/running intervals, increasing every week. The program it's for 5K and 8K and 1 hour running, it's the first time I run for 1 km (I never run in my life, I hate running) but with this app it's the first time I try it and I'm doing it, this app it's great I'm starting my 4 week with the program (the 5K it's a 9 weeks program) but I'm start to do some run for the first time. Very recommended.
