The app is great. Very simple UI, fully customisable, etc. Everything was good until day 2… when they make you pay. You can’t access your workout without committing to a monthly plan or a lifetime investment. Unless you are willing to pay, look somewhere else.

Great app but time should be adjusted to allow different time frames due to different exercises lasting different durations.

I am in my 50’s, learning to age gracefully while working through post menopause 😜 This app is not overly complex or saturated with too many features. It’s simple to use but effective for what I need. Very user friendly! ❤️ I needed something to help me stay guided in my workouts. Most apps come with Heart Rate equipment or require a hefty $$ subscription cost and I didn’t need that! With this app I am able to track my HIIT and even circuit workouts easily. You get to select rest time and even a break between rounds. This app is amazing! I just downloaded it today and jumped right in with my workout. I know everyone have their “Y” for what they need so I hope my why helps you see the value in this! Whoever created this app job well done!!

It has very basic functions that fit my needs but it has not lets you use 1 time and then asks for a $20 payment!

I’m a beginner in my workouts and this is very simple to use. One improvement would be to announce the next up exercise so that I don’t have to look at the app, but can’t complain when it’s free.

Great timer, easy to use. I wish you could save workouts and name them. That would make the app perfect. You can name individual exercises but not the over all workout (arm day, glutes, etc). This makes finding a workout in your history very difficult.
