Best you can do for yourself
I’m so grateful for this amazing app. I’ve been going through your meditation courses and insights for a week already and I’m loving it. It’s one of the most powerful and fun mindfulness/meditation app that I tried so far. It keeps me engaged and motivated throughout the day and I literally can’t wait to come back for more experiences and karma challenges every evening. Looking forward to seeing some amazing results in my breathing quality but in the meantime enjoying the process itself :-) thanks Michał for your calm and engaging guidance. Aga S.
