Inverness Taxis

Previously asked for an account as I’m a disabled person using their service to get to and from work every day and got refused. So today, put my booking in as usual and it was cancelled without any reason, notice or notification. Thought it was an error so rebooked it only to have it cancelled on me a second time. I’ll use other companies from now on.

Don’t use the app it’s absolutely pointless and a waste of time. The app needs serious updating

I’d give this no stars if I could . The absolute antithesis of a booking app. It’s quicker and easier to call.

Spent and hour trying to log in. Gave up and called . Much easier .

Wont let me sign up. Fill in my details then wont let me go any further.
