Software operation
When first time to access App, please register following below steps: Click desktop icon ->Register-> Entering a phone number or email-> Send verification code -> Enter the verification code ->Enter password->Register success:
User loading
After register success, please follow below steps to load:
1. Click desktop icon ->Enter phone number and password->Load:
2. Click “add device” ->I need match new device ->Enter Wi-Fi password（please make sure the phone connects the Wi-Fi network）->Match success （Remarks: if match failed, please follow the tips to repeat the match operation.）
Main Interface
After logging into the main interface, you can do the following operation:
1. Temperature setting
The temperature can be set by sliding the dash board in the middle of the main interface
2. Switching mode --Smart/Silence
Click bottom “Smart/Silence” to switch mode
3. Timer
Click the bottom “Timer” to set the switch time
Manual
End user can enter “Manual” to operate “Switch Device””Device Management””User Center””General” as below:
1. Switch Device
If app bind several devices, “Switch Device” can select different devices to operate.
2. Device Management
“Device Management” ->Add new device as picture 1 ->Edit device as picture 2
3. Personal Center
“Personal Center” set User Name and Password as below:

Needs to be updated to support 5ghz.
Connects but doesn’t refresh status often
The heat pump (Heatseeker Vortex Pro) connected simply and I can remote control fine. Problem is the app doesn’t always update status. To ensure the temp status is accurate you need to go back to the home screen and then back to the pump screen. Hope the developer can fix this. It would be good to see more of the heat pump status such as the heat pump temp output. Also can I use the Tuya Smart app instead? It seems to be based on this platform and I’d rather consolidate smart appliance apps.
Supreme Heat Pump
The integration with this app and Supreme heat pump does not work for me and no matter what method I follow it’s not binding to my 2.4g connection and strong wifi signal. Very disappointing
Grundsätzlich eine gute App
Die App funktioniert soweit sehr gut. Mir fehlt noch die Anzeige der Ausgangstemperatur im Display. Die Automation bietet sehr viel und ist einfach zu bedienen. So lässt sich die WP aus der Ferne sehr gut steuern. Allerdings erschließen sich mir die Szenarien z.B. mittels Temperatursteuerung bislang nicht. Ich hoffe eine Doku zu finden.
Total Unfähig
Nach heutigem Update der App ist meine Wärmepumpe jetzt angeblich Offline. Keine Ahnung wie ich die Wärmepumpe jetzt ansprechen soll!
Die Pumpe ist nicht erreichbar .
Die App zeigt dann offline an und man hat keine Möglichkeit die Wärmepumpe zu erreichen. In meinen Augen geht das gar nicht .
Fehlerhafte Platzierung on/off button!
Aufgrund der Lage des on/off buttons schaltet man beim hochwischen automatisch die Heizung aus. Macht keinen Sinn🤷🏼♂️

Kein Boost Modus verfügbar
Sehr gut Preis/Leistung
Viele haben Probleme mit dem verbinden In den AZ Modus wechseln Pumpe entsperren und dann ca. 12 sec An gedrückt halten bis es piept und das wlan blinkt dann verbinden
