My stock account is locked and says needs approval right before Thanksgiving and I had no violation activity. How can get someone to help to resolve this? The ticket system seems dead and the phone number is not working

I had installed due to funds from a previous trading platform being automatically transferred here. Since installing I am unable to edit my address, phone number, trade, or edit most any other information pertaining to myself. Seems like a shady platform for investing so far. App is also very slow to load compared to other apps offering much, much more than this. Do not recommend downloading or investing here until major improvements are made.

This app really helps gain a true understanding of how investing works. I love how the app trades for you, all the automated trading features are amazing. I highly recommend to anyone looking to start investing but don't know how to begin!

It takes me some time to get familiar with the app, but once you do, it can be a very beneficial tool. It provides more strategies for trading—an excellent app. Highly recommend!

I deposited $50.00 3 weeks ago and it’s just sitting there.app doesn’t do anything. The $50 isn’t in settled so I can’t withdraw my money. I sent emails to support and haven’t received a response. My next step is BBB🤔

Poorly designed. Adds no value to an already cluttered landscape of online trading apps. There is no reason for this to exist. If I want to trade thru an app I'll use the much better designed apps that have useful trading tools like Fidelity, Robinhood or Coinbase. This doesn't come anywhere close to those other apps in any respect. I wish I could find something useful here but noooooo. Delete
