What you have done with the rewards app is horrible, half the time the app is not functioning making it hard to book flights or just redeem rewards. Please attend to this issue soon it’s been months of frustration

Super slow and heavy feel coupled with extremely unreliable and unintuitive features does not instil confidence in a banking app. Really regret not going to FNB

This is a horrific app. Low functionality. Often fault. De-links features. When I call the call center I’m often told to use my desktop for the transaction. Very very limited!!

The app itself does what it’s supposed to do. However, even starting from the looks, seems outdated. There is a big difference between minimalism and being simplistic and this app goes on the simplistic side. It is also unbelievable that for instance doesn’t have direct access or connectivity to “travel by Investec”, or that on a USD call deposit you have to “pay” yourself, instead of listing it as a transfer. I’m very happy with the bank, but having been a user of FNB for a number of years, the FNB app seems substantially more advanced and user friendly than the current Investec app. The app should also have dedicated optional forex tab for forex transaction and automate the BOP when receiving funds from abroad (other banks have already done so). Having to complete a PDF every time a foreign transaction comes in seems as of last decade. Next one will be a requirement to fax the BOP to Investec. Investec should also separate the balance of “checking” and the credit, as having available credit does not directly translate to your actual balance. The “contact” tab sometimes will not even connect you with a costumer service agent, it’s just a never-ending wait, and things go unresolved. With such a great financial institution, Investec is due for a mayor overhaul of their app to reflect what this bank really is.

So there’s a security feature missing on the app. The previous major update introduced **** and **** changes that could allow the app to be **** when searched. The **** has changed but the **** hasn’t on iOS.

The app doesn’t compare to other products in the market. And it stopped working while I’m travelling internationally. The service from Investec has not been good. I’m still travelling and the app isn’t working…

Worst banking app I’ve used. Why can’t I get a proof of payment directly on the app? Emails takes a couple of hours to come through. Everything is slow and backwards about this app
