Great app. Been using the website for a long time. So happy I can now use the app!

I would give it a 5 star because they provide a great service, but the app is pretty glitchy and freezes up. I couldn’t log in for a month, and eventually gave up and created a new account. Even that was a task. If they fix the glitches that would be great.

Like the MLS but for Off Market Properties at a discounted price

You guys need the seller side on here right away! Also, need to be able to add buyers one by one like u can on mail chimp and have the texting/emailing and messaging on the app

Potential is there but until they can invest in even average grade performance testing…. I’ll use other apps. Freezes, delays, or lags constantly since they do know how to performance test their app… or perhaps don’t have the care/funds to upgrade the problems that effects all their users.

I love investor lift been using the website for a while but since the app came out it keeps freezing and should be fixed.

Not only is the site awfully slow and painful to navigate, my market has tons of stale or fake listings. Lack of oversight ruined a great idea.

The concept and app itself is fine but it freezes all time. Maybe the regular desktop version is better

If you’re looking to find the best, this app is a must-have! Investorlift has been an absolute game-changer for growing my Section 8 portfolio! The app offers access to thousands off-market deals that I wouldn’t have found elsewhere. Some deals are priced as low as 50 cents on the dollar. The interface is super easy to use. I’d love to see 2 way messaging added. That would make communicating with wholesalers a lot easier. Thank you for finally giving us a mobile app version that we can use in the field and on the go!
