Love love love
This app is absolutely amazing. It helped me create events for upcoming programs during my fitness business. I really love it. It’s easy to RSVP reminders no matter the cost. I was able to have easy communication.
Reimbursement / Customer Service
I used this app to post my events and tickets and a few days prior, they canceled my ticket purchases and blocked my account. They promised to reimburse attendees but never followed up or informed anyone. The customer service is awful – they don't respond promptly, and I'm still waiting for the reimbursement. Now, I have to pay out of pocket to cover costs for the people who were supposed to attend, which is making me look bad as the host. I’m extremely disappointed with their lack of communication and support

I love this app
Easy to use
I love this app, helped me organize my party guests without stress and it’s really easy to use and understand.
First time experience
I used this for the first time to send invites for a vow renewal. I like this better than the other event planning apps I don’t have to use their templates. I can create my own and even use a video invite. I like that I can send invites easily and it’s not text messages in my phone and guest can add photos. Sometimes a few updates were late and I didn’t have to update and pay so much. I would use it again. The only reason I wouldn’t is the price. I’m not planning events that often to pay monthly
