Been glitching for months - have to put in my pw over and over saying I need to “upgrade” - will be cancelling end of the year as I’ve reached out multiple times to customer service and have never really been helped.

Update: I worked with support and they were able to get me account fixed and I can now create invoices again. Thanks to James C. for his support! I have used the app for years now to basically send 1 invoice a month. Went to use it today and it says I need to pay for a subscription at 11x times my last subscription which STILL has 6 months left on it and the fact that their website says that the current rate of my active subscription is a fixed price and will not change!! Now they are not responding to my emails about this.
I’ve been having subscription problems for weeks- I’m a paid user and have been since 2017. Suddenly, the app is acting like I don’t have a subscription and isn’t letting me send documents. I’ve reached out to the company through every channel they offer, several times, begging for support and I’ve been ignored. Don’t waste your money here if you want an invoice tool that is reliable and offers customer support. I doubt I’ll get a refund for the annual plan I paid for.
I’ve used this service for some years now and the service has gone down hill. I have reached out for support through the app, with no response at times. Reaching out through the website I’m offered excuses and a promise of updates “Next Monday” and “Join our beta” but never a solution to my problems. They have yet to solve the simple issue of creating an invoice and selecting and adding a current business in the list of cataloged businesses, to my invoice. I’m only offered the 5 most recent and using the search function doesn’t work. This is one of the few issues I have yet to get a response beyond “delete and reinstall”, which does nothing. Terrible service.

Such an easy, seamless way to send invoices. Plus, customer service is super helpful & fast.
After a few years the app stop working, I already email for help, its been 3 weeks unfortunately no one had contacting me. I would like to hear form Alto people. Please help me or respond my emails.. Thanks
Can’t connect to stripe. Returns you back to Alto website after stripe login connect page.
App kept spitting out raw code on my pdfs. Went through and took the time to create a estimate for it to be useless.
This app was great 3 years ago when I started using it. It was easily navigated, relatively intuitive and functioned as it should. Lately however…. I haven’t been able to send an invoice for a while now. The first time I encountered the problem I just put my invoice into an excel spreadsheet and emailed it to my customer. I then emailed the app developer, but never heard back. After two out of the next three invoices failed to send, I switched to invoicing through square. Now I’ve got to figure out how cancel my alto subscription because I’ve become to familiar with square to even consider going back.
