Great product

Overall a good app

Good layout and relatively user friendly. Once you learn the app you can zip right thru it. Dates can be tricky at times, as it seems to not recognize my time zone so I have to play around and trick the app to print the correct date I wish. At times app can be slow to respond; sometimes have to close it and reopen…. But information is never lost. Been using it for 2 years now with no real complaints, just a few quirks that could be ironed out to give it a 5 rating.

Their software started glitching sending the wrong amount to people. After multiple back and forth thinking it wasn’t a big deal with their help. The app deleted 25+ of my invoices. NOW I AM FORCED TO GO BACK THROUGH TIME SHEETS AND ORDER NUMBERS TO GET PRICES AND TOTALS CANT EVEN EXPLAIN HOW MAD I AM RIGHT NOW ALONG WITH THEM NOT ANSWERING THE PHONE IT EMAILS ALL DAY.

App not sending emails to my client

This app has not worked for me in the last couple months. I’m having trouble getting paid because of it,yet I can’t find a category in the report an issue section to indicate my issue. The invoices are not going through to my client. I shall have to cancel and hire a new app if it’s not fixed.
