I have been using this app for a while now, but recently, One of my costumers ask for a money link to pay way with. The costumer paid and I received a confirmation number. This app notified me that I will receive my money in 3 days. After this app received the money, they completely blocked my money and asked for way to private information WAY TO MUCH INFORMATION!! OR ELSE MY ACCOUNT WILL BE BLOCKED?? -copies of my company’s bank statements for the past three months -copies of my company’s previous processors statements -signed copy of your company’s articles of incorporation -drivers license -state issued id -passport -employer issued ID -utility or phone bill in my name -my photo Absolute ridiculous, after receiving this email with all the information that I must send in. I didn’t respond because I thought it was a scam. After 7 days my account was blocked with all my money. THE CLINET PAID $7500. The current situation is that I can’t continue with my business cause my account is blocked with all my estimates and invoices. I can’t use my application that I paid for. This app owe me $7500. I have no clue what to do. If someone has a solution, please help

Great app really enjoy.

This app is very expensive but still buggy. The search is very slow and is never fixed in the version updates. The app signs you out often and gives trouble logging back in (could be that has to do with the fact that I have 2 business on the same one) The worst part of this app is the price and the difficulty to leave the app after all your history is on it. If you get this app and try to quit it. good luck…

I have been using this since 2013. I am now looking for new software. They have now added two factor identification in order to login. This is stupid. It is stinking invoice software. There is no personal information stored on this software. There are no credit cards no phone numbers no peoples names no anything just stinking invoices for my company. If I want to put the invoices on the Internet for the whole world to see that is my business not theirs. it is a considerable process now to login. I have called and asked to get this changed and they say they can't do it because of some federal law. I'm not sure that I believe that since it is just invoicing software. If they have done something to the software to make it some kind of credit card type invoicing software then they need to offer one that doesn't have that for people like me. I am paying $400 a year for each software that I have. I have multiple companies. I will not be renewing any of them again. These people have gotten too big for their britches.

I chose this app because it had over 48k reviews, many of which were 5-star, but after reading some of them, I noticed signs of negligence. I attempted to use the service, which seemed seamless at first, until they collected my money. They held the funds for 4 days without informing me of any additional requirements, which only came to light after I escalated the issue. Despite the claim that transfers take 2-3 business days, on the 4th day, I still hadn't received my money and couldn't reach a live agent as everything is handled virtually. They requested very personal information, including two forms of ID, my account details, and my business ID articles. I expressed my discomfort in providing such sensitive information to their support team. After complying with their request, they canceled my account without explanation. It took me a long time to collect payment from my customer, only for the invoice to be canceled. Despite having great credit and a reputable company, they denied my bank deposit. This experience was a complete waste of time, and I would never recommend this company.

Horrible app. They don’t care about customers and they can even put an option to collect a signature digitally iOS or android. Absolutely ridiculous when that is literally the binding part of any contract. Horrible. Do not use. There are so many better free options.
