The app wants me to update, but I cannot for my iOS version. So the app is completely not accessible to me

As the reviewer below stated, this app is so misleading. The huge mall has hundreds of stores and thus app only lists the dining places. It should be called Ion Dining and the mall management should get it's act together and come up with a comprehensive directory.

This app is misleading. It gives only information on dining at ION but nothing on fashion and other stores.

Staff said after payment then scan the membership card，will require some times to reflect the points in app but nothing receive as it was a definitely a $100 spent.

what a horrible new app. The app is such a dump on user experience compared to the old one. The steps to locate Carpark value, Topping up etc is so much harder to use and counterintuitive compared to the previous version. Just copy the work flow from the older version. Horrible
