This was going to be a 5-star review, but the latest version has CPU consumption issues (consuming 100% of a core even when no video is streaming). Additionally, after 3 start/stops of streams, it can no longer start a stream.
The latest update, end December 2024, deletes all camera’s in the app. That is quite a bummer.
I get my IP cams working with the app for a while and inevitably they stop working. I have to reinstall all again and then repeat in a few weeks. I have several cameras that are also incompatible with this app. Tech support is weak to non-existent.
This constantly disconnects from hub so accessing from remote location fails. I have no problems with Ring or Reolink which leads me to rule out internet issues. Also, trying to cancel automatic renewal subscriptions and receives error not allowing me to cancel.
Paid app but don’t have access to SD card unless you pay even more. Forced to download this app because original free camera app was deleted from store. Not happy : (
My camera is a Mercury indoor security camera which uses the Geenie app. This app is said to work with these cameras, but it doesn’t. I can only give this rating based upon MY CAMERA situation. YMMV.

IP addresses for 2 cameras got crosslinked and it took several minutes to get them straight.
I tried the free version and liked what I saw but could not pan/toly/zoom the camera. Website said I needed to purchase app for this so I paid 59.99 for pro+ version however no PTZ controls became available. Tried to request help but could not find way to actually contact developer.
Good be really nice. But no support at all. Ran into a few issues can’t resolve try to delete the ap then reloaded it directed me to pay for pro. I did it thinking that’s what it needed to reinstall the app correctly and then got charged twice and originally I supposed to get the lifetime. No support no help.
