This app was initially great but now they charge almost same as other apps and even more than other apps. Earlier they donnt charge a fee for trasfering money from LOLC account and we can withdraw our FD at any time. But now they charge a convenient fee and a penalty charge for premature fd withdrwals. So there is no point of choosing ipay and I also moved to another app now. Waste of your money even if you invest on them.

App is convenient but their money earning strategy is bad. Allow only 20000 per one transaction so that they can charge 30 or 50 rupees during each transaction. Once I paid my electricity bill, but it is not deposited to the account. Although I call time and again to customer service, they never answer the phone. Although log a complaint through the app they never attending also. Worst in terms of addressing issues. Please do some service to what you earn.

Many registrations must be existing because of a stupid blink option that is not intelligent at all

My account has been blocked for several days. And the issue hasn’t been resolved after so many calls to customer service. Badly developed app.

They are asking for Selfie pic and photo of NIC. Why are you guys asking my picture to pay bills ? I am not opening a savings account!! I just want to pay bills that’s it. Our privacy is at risk by joining.
