I have been using this app over 10 years and it worked very well for me. Unfortunately I tried to synchronize between devices about a year ago and lost over a year of history. Since then it sometimes saves my entries and sometimes doesn’t. Really disappointing being in peri menopause and really needing to know what’s going on that I now have to switch to another app because I can’t trust the data to save in this one.

Ive used & recommended this for YEARS, and all of a sudden it won’t let me log in. I tried every possible email and any possible pword. I even clicked “forgot pword” to try and reset. Zero help. It says “invalid” or that I don’t have an account. I have truly YEARS worth of data within. I have searched and no customer service contact. Someone PLEASE HELP!

I’ve used this app for probably a decade and it’s been fine. Lately the ads are not only extensive but now they are also offensive to women - which seems pretty dumb knowing your customer market. Ditch the Project Makeover animations or I’m cancelling. Also there was no place to submit this feedback within your app as your FAQ suggested so now it’s a public review.

I used this app on an old device that hadn’t been updated in years. Finally decided to add to my new phone and find that an account is needed for my safety. Bull. It’s not for me, it’s for you. Deleted.

I’m just trying to track and log my cycles. I’m tired of the ads. Other than that the app serves it’s purpose and is fine but it’s getting frustrating to do so when I have to wait for some ad on some game that I don’t ever want, I see the ads enough throughout Facebook and other social media, it’s getting annoying. There’s no need for the ads!! Please, just get rid of the ads.

Long time user but I’m now deleting this app due to the stupid ads that I can’t exit (despite tapping “x” or restarting the app)

I have been using this app for close to a decade. They definitely sold their soul to the devil along with my sensitive data. If there was a way to transfer my entire data to another secure app, I would do so in a heartbeat. I have been meaning to write this review for a while but then I held back because it’s an easy to use app (when you can open it) but now the pop up ads are getting so ridiculous that they take over the entire page 😤😤 there is no way to shut them because they are in another language. No, I will not pay you a dime for using this app. It’s terrible to force people to pay to be able to access their own data. I have told many people about it. I will absolutely not recommend it to anyone anymore.

Helpful! Love the app! But it needs an update! Currently, it has ads I am UNable to exit out of-even after waiting 15 seconds..I close the app and then same problem after reopening ! I need access to app! It won't allow you to add the last symptom on the list - it freezes, at least for me. Also, thanks for all the hard work- it always amazes how accurate it is even with my IRregular cycles! I also use it to keep track of many other things too! Such a great app otherwise , thanks again!

Fix the log in issue, if you don’t care about your customers you should pick a different app arena that isn’t medically related. We deserve to have full access to OUR medical history. Fix it. You have nothing but horrible reviews for months. If you have no intention of fixing this, tell us, send us all our data so we can move to another app. Women have enough issues with being gaslit and ignored, abortion is almost illegal and you can’t fix this app to help women with their reproductive systems? What is wrong with you.
