I reinstalled the app and now the font size is too large

Today I downloaded the app the 1st time. I was hesitating to do it because of reviews. Lo and behold, I was right. I put in my user credentials and nothing is happening but a choose a mailbox blank line and a endlessly spinning busy circle…don’t know what to do but to probably delete the app

App is terrible and logs me out every few days

One of the worst apps I've used. It constantly glitches. Notifications do not work. When manually opening app to see if there's been mail uploaded, it takes a good 3-5min for it to finally load. Then another 3-5min to try to open the scanned mail. Sometimes it doesn't load anything even if there's mail! I got 2 boxes of food (unexpectedly) from an insurance and the boxes sat there as food rotted because notifications didn't come through and mail wasn't showing up! They also charge for every piece of junk mail that someone sends. I got charged extra $10 for the election spam ads! I've been using iPostal for almost 7hrs now and it was good before, but with the new location (Staples) in the past 2 years, it's been a problem from the start. Not worth the money at all! Suffice it to say, I've been transferring all my mail so we can finally leave this company as soon as possible!

Love the service

I’ve been using the service for over four years. Every time it’s an issue. It takes days sometimes a week to get your mail scanned after you pay for it. If you forward the mail to another address, it can take over a month and is usually rejected with a lot of issues. Their system is not up to the standards. It really is disappointing. I highly recommend you avoid the service

This service is a complete ripoff. Going to the website, every time i try to cancel the subscription the “server will not load” to open settings. I tried downloading the iOS and Android versions of the app but they stall immediately after login with a screen that says “Choose a Mailbox” but doesnt list any to choose from. A complete ripoff!!

I recently complained to Customer Service about the incompetent management of the ipostal location assigned to me. In response, the illiterate, vindictive manager canceled delivery of an envelope that was already a month late. She then DELETED ANY RECORD OF THE ENVELOPE AND LIED TO ME SAYING IT WAS SHIPPED OUT WITH OTHER ITEMS. There were no other items to be shipped. She destroyed my mail and deleted all record of it on the app. Do not use this service under any circumstances.

The app interface is horrendous and unusable on iPad and bad on iPhone.

Very satisfied during my use and ready for long term use
