This app started off great, but now it constantly freezes after using it for a few hours. I’ve reached out to customer service multiple times and got no response at all—even though I’m paying for a subscription. This is completely unacceptable. If I’m paying, I expect the app to work and support to actually reply. Total disappointment.
Was working and now just doesn’t. Shame as worked perfect

This app is the best looking one ive come accross and ticks most of the boxes im looking for. Its just too expensive for what it is. £2.99 a month or £22.99 a a year are only options. Developer needs to look at this and either make the monthly price more reasonable or bring in a fair lifetime charge.
Favourites are a bit buggy, but closing and reopening the app I think works. It’s the best app I’ve used. How can I sign up for a family plan? Support seems limited Also on older iOS the menus don’t work, guess that’s expected (iPad mini 4the gen iOS 15 I believe)
Potential to be very good. Have emailed support twice and never received a reply. Keeps freezing and becomes unresponsive. There is no ‘Favourites’ option for Movies and Series. Only Live TV. No app support. The developer website and app support links are broken and no support at all.
Great app it works as it's supposed to
Clean UI, easy to use loads of great features. Not buggy at all. Would deffo recommend and the premium version is good value but would not say it is worth more than current price point. Please keep supporting this app, it is great!
Completely lost all functionality with Apple TV and iPhone with v 2.0. Requested a refund in the Telegram channel and instead of messaging me I was kicked out of the chat. App rating 0/5 Customer service rating 0/5
