Actually no stars,
I downloaded the app and paid for a subscription the same day. But low and behold about a week later they try and charge my account again. They didn’t refund my money they took it and tried to charge me again. Sadly for them didn’t have that amount in my account so it didn’t go through. But they’re still trying to charge me. I haven’t even watched anything on there yet so I don’t know why they’re doing this especially since I had already cancelled my subscription so no they weren’t trying to charge me for next month 🥺. I don’t have the money to be charged twice for something I don’t owe. I was even going to let it go that although I hadn’t watched anything this month and am not planning to because so far nothing on there interests me, (I’m deleting this app as soon as I post this message), but here they are trying to charge me twice for one month. For the one charge I said hey I decided to do it, it’s not their fault I didn’t find anything I wanted to look at. But this is enough. I don’t owe you guys any money. Not even this month do I truly owe anything because I didn’t even watch anything you can check my account activity if you don’t believe me. Please stop trying to charge my account. And please don’t worry about the charge that already went through, because like I said, I already figured it was my fault for this month anyway. I saw online that you guys had something that I wanted to see but after I downloaded it and paid, (and my account was charged and money left immediately), I found out that what I saw was inaccurate and you guys didn’t have it. So I said fine I’ll watch something else. But nothing seemed interesting so I haven’t watched anything. Okay that’s all.
