Every time i want to do online transfer, iSecure Authentication takes too long to approve my transfer. Either its Duitnow or qr scanned transfer, the approval takes time. I hope Bank Rakyat can fix this as soon as possible.

Bugs, bugs everywhere for the app but especially for iSecure. It’s been months and whenever to authenticate for iSecure I wouldn’t load. I couldn’t make any online payments or top up for any wallets at all. Fix it please

whenever i want to make a transfer onto another acc, ill always stuck on the isecure confirmation which buffering for as long as ive been waited. It never ends. How am I supposed to approved my transaction if you wouldnt let me press the button. Please fix this issue as soon as possible. It’s inconvenient.

Can't approve fund transfer using iSecure. The app keeps hanging up. Very poor app compared to other bank apps
