pretty much useless as a mobile app, you still need to show yourself physically to them to verify your identity before you can use the app

If you have the patience to wait for your money to be credited to your account, then go ahead. But if you need it urgently, then beware and dont use this way to remit your money! They only put 7days in the app but my transaction made more than 3weeks ago has not been credited until now! Frustrating and disappointed!

Never use this again.. after 11 yrs using I remit.. your getting worst.. 7 days of waiting for transaction is ridiculous..

You should think twice before downloading this app. I’ve been in a lot of stress due to this app. First, bank transfer takes forever to be processed so I ask for refund, then due to under payment which I honestly overlooked they cancelled my transaction without even notifying me. If I didn’t check it the following day I wouldn’t even know! This could have been sorted out if only they were able to send any notification before cancelling it

Its a waste using this, online transactions ahould be faster. But this service provider is very slow and the online agent even say it will took 4 days to process. Better dont use online services iremit! We need to send urgent money but instead of making it easy for us, you make us stressed more! You dont derserve a star actually!

So disappointed,we all know that online transactions is become faster than walk-in less time maybe,but my experience is so disappointed every time I send money thru iremit always waiting for long time,,,but if you walk-in using pickup anywhere 15minutes to one hour the money is in already…if online so disappointed I give you 1star for the poor service in online transfer 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I already signed up and supposed to log in but it kept saying to upload my identity card to proceed but i already finished uploading my identity card and if i try to log in again same thing that i need to upload my identity card! Is this some kind of technical issues?!

I HAVE PAID MY SSS PAYMENT SINCE DECEMBER 2020 AND UNTIL NOW MY PAYMENT HAS NOT BEEN CREDITED. THEY DID NOT ADMIT IT IS THEIR FAULTY OPTION MAKING MY TRANSACTION INVALID. ON TOP OF THAT, THEY REPEATEDLY SENT WRONG EMAILS TO OTHER CLIENTS COMPLAINTS AND THEY JUST LAUGHED ABOUT IT WHEN I TOLD THEM EVEN THOUGH THEY KNOW I AM VERY STRESSED AND CRYING ALREADY! THEY ARE TAKING MY COMPLAINT AS A JOKE! I WILL NEVER USE THIS APP AS MUCH AS I CAN! THEY ONLY GIVE WORDS OF ASSURANCE. THEY SAID IT WILL TAKE ONE MONTH FOR MY INVALID TRANSACTION BECAUSE OF THEIR MISTAKE WHICH THEY DID NOT ACKNOWLEDGE!!
