Does not recognize the BlueBoard

Doesn’t work

Zero stars

Typical of IK multimedia. Does not connect😡 ...tried to update the BlueBoard to “solve” another one of my problems with this product.

Does not work.

Plain and simple, the BlueBoard updater doesn’t connect, either to my iPad or my MacBook Pro. Nowhere on the BlueBoard app does it tell you what firmware version is installed. Click on the help link that is supposed to take you to the manual, and again, nothing. I’ve read several online troubleshooting blogs, they all say the same. No response from the mfg. or if there was any at all, it was several days before they responded. Disappointing to say the least.

Does NOT work!, useless app and product!!

Do not waste your time with this app or the BlueBoard, IK multimedia has abandoned the product, just see the amount of bad comments here with absolutely no response from IK multimedia or the support forums with the same issue, shame on them because they keep selling it knowing it’s an abandoned product!, Apple should remove this app and you should NOT buy ANY IK multimedia products!

Blue board doesn’t work

I spent $100 for something that stopped working. Very disappointed no updates in 4 years. What do I do now? Please do something it’s extremely frustrating.

Worthless

IK or Apple need to remove this from the App Store. Plain and simple, it doesn’t work. And, as others have mentioned, updating the hardware this is written for doesn’t work using any method. The app is a waste of time, and the product is, frankly, a waste of money. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR — RETURN YOUR BLUEBOARD, DELETE THE IK APPS, AND BUY A PROFESSIONAL PRODUCT.

Garbage

Just like everyone else said. This app does not work at all. Have not been able to update firmware by wire either. Without firmware update BlueBoard will not communicate with other apps such as Quantiloop. I am now strongly regretting my blueboard purchase.

Worked for me

Once the firmware is updated the board can be used without the app. The app is necessary sometimes and works as advertised and expected. Very nice actually

Unprofessional

It is unprofessional to put out a product that does not work and then not respond to your customer base.
