I would like to ask for a refund because I bought the pro version, I do streams and my image is delayed and it is not convenient for me to keep the pro version, I have tried to restore the purchase through the application but there is no option, how can I restore the purchase?

This app is just awesome, you can go up to 4K! There are no watermarks! No ads! You don’t even have to need a cable! If I could rate this 6/5, I would with no doubt!

Je n’ai pas fait exprès d’acheter l’application pensant que c’en était une autre, j’ai voulu demander un remboursement à Apple puisque l’app ne propose pas d’option pour ça, et Apple a refusé ma demande, je suis étudiant et je n’ai d’argent à jeter par la fenêtre pour des applications que je n’utiliserai pas, je viens officiellement de perdre 7€, ce qui est évidemment énorme pour moi. J’implore les développeurs ou les gestionnaires de l’application de faire quelques chose parce que je ne veux pas votre application, je n’en ai tout simplement pas besoin ! Et le fait que vous n’offriez pas d’option de remboursement ni de moyen de vous contacter est frustrant. En espérant une réponse favorable de votre part

L’application est installée sur mon mac et sur le téléphone, le téléphone et le mac sont sur le même wifi, les applis sont lancées sur le mobile et le mac. Mais les deux ne se trouvent jamais. Impossible à utiliser …

Everything was working as expected and since last upgrade to version 2.5, i can’t make it work. Have opened port in security settings and restarted both but it refuses to connect.

I would give 5 stars if it would also work with Skype or Google Meet. For now, it just works with Zoom. I have a brand new MacBook Air with Big Sur and the latest version of Skype.
