doesn't even deserve a star if i'm being honest. horrible app, never able to work properly and always disconnects on its own . can't download footages without disconnecting at every attempt. get ready to wait a long long while if you're trying to find footage. genuinely the worst app ever. good riddance

Forever couldn’t log in

The app offers so much negative user experience that it deserves the Worst App Award on the App Store. Highly recommeded brand of dashcam if you enjoy making your life miserable.

Not able to connect at all. Nothing like their video despite all steps taken. What is the point of having the app?

The app is badly maintained. Suggest to not buy this Brand of camera too since sw isn’t working well.

Since the version 2.2.10 updated, the subsequent downloads has wrong dates and time. The dates are always reflected as 2021 year. Also the screen view info such as recorded time and date and speed info disappear after this update. Pls fix it!

cant connect to x9 cam..

I have been trying to connect app to the wifi for my IROAD - X5. But can’t even connect to my Cam at all! No way to view all videos from my car. Any one can assist? Who to contact please? Tx
