Cannot find the athlete, cannot load the list. No support no one will reply email at all. Always stuck and freezes.

The app was very good for my family and friends to track for taking photos 😂very accurate

Suggest to have an overview of just time of swim, T1, bike, T2, run and total time without split of checkpoints.

Couldn’t go into the app at early morning, nearly finish cycling the network is fine. So miss some time. Overall the app is good for relatives / friends to chase the participants. Good job !!!

Best race tracker I’ve ever seen by far

Have been using this app for years - this was the best connectivity and accuracy yet. Hope it continues to improve but loved its performance today at Taupō world championship.

The app did not refresh often enough. The maps were poorly designed. You could not tell mileage on the route very well, especially since it contained 3 loops. Milestones were simply not on the map often enough. And you could not tell the difference between miles in a particular event vs. overall miles.
