Love the app and products, can you please allow for daily checks to be done offline, I’m often in low or no internet and can’t check off what I’m using as I’m using it. I understand the food database can only be online, but just checking off basics should be avail offline. Thanks

I’m a great tech person and don’t struggle with a lot of apps, phones, computers, etc. But find the app very frustrating as a brand new client. Main problem is you can’t edit foods properly into your daily schedule. Edit the schedule enough, remove times that aren’t used? What’s the use really? Can’t view previous measurements. App constantly logs me out and the auto password doesn’t work properly. Pretty poor and not much use having it when being a client. Needs a lot of work

As a new user of the Isagenix system, I must admit I was disappointed with some basic issues with the app. While the weight record shows progress, the body measurements only hold the latest results. I've had to set up a spreadsheet to keep an accurate record. There is also no provision to change the time of the existing pre-programmed items in the Daily Schedule. Items have to be reentered to set up an accurate time. These are quite basic improvements and I note that I'm not the first to suggest them!

Cleanse day keeps changing. Unable to manually log activity. Sync to apple health doesn’t work. These are fairly basic functions that should be addressed.....

I’d love to be able see our initial measurements. I can not find those first measurements in this app anywhere

Hi! Just wondering when you’ll be adding Garmin Fitness Trackers ... Been waiting almost a year now.

Worst App - always I mean ALWAYS CRASHES.

My app won’t allow me to monitor my intake for the day, making it hard to track. Unsure what the issue is here but have deleted and reloaded and still no luck. I am unable to select or tick any boxes or add/edit? Makes it a little unusable, currently tracking on Fitbit app instead.

App keeps crashing every time I try and enter my password. Been doing it for weeks now. 🙄
