Despite using the app successfully for a year, the last update in 2023 wrecked my access. My email is not recognised even when the leisure centre allowed me to use a different email address.

Currently unable to access the app. When I can it insists I log in every time. Once in I have to travel through sub menus which are not easy to remember or in obvious places. Accessing the progress of my three kids swimming lessons it doesn’t really communicate much about their achievements in a structured way. A simple tick system would be more functional

This is quite literally the worst app ever, it’s always going wrong which means you cannot log in to check your bookings, make further or cancel a booking.booking. It’s not been working for over a week now. Also very difficult to find your way around the app! Please do something as it’s driving us members mad!

When this app is working, its a 5 star, it’s great, you can book classes, cancel bookings, check times, go onto waiting lists, When it isn’t working, it’s an nightmare and sadly it’s quite often

Used successfully for years now just stopped working without explanation.

Simply does not work. After committing a small fortune for gym membership the app will not allow me to register a password and grant access to a members booking. Instead of using an app to book sessions I’m reduced to visiting the gym to make a booking. In 2023 this is an archaic service. Trying to find a contact number for the app owners is equally frustrating.

I got to access my sons swimming lessons for a whole two weeks before the app kicked me out. Now all I get is a registration screen or a blank page with a spinning wheel!

How are we supposed to book our sports classes when this app doesn’t work. Click on the Home Screen to access your sports centre and it just spins. Absolutely awful app. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Gateway to leisure? I don’t think so

I’ve loaded the app on both the iPhone and iPads (three separate devices). Originally the application worked fine, but for the last four months I have been unable to use it. All devices, sit there with the spinning wheel, waiting for it to load for ages (after 20 minutes, I’ll give up). Sports centres use this app, I am told to delete it and reload it, or reset my password. It doesn’t solve the solution. It is absolutely awful.
