One of the worst bank applications. Many issues using this app. I wasn’t able to use CliQ feature because of the technical issues. V Card or prepaid is the worst card to use for shopping because you can’t use it anymore +they charge you 5 JD every time you recharge and 2% when cancel card! Unbelievable. Very bad user experience 0/10, user interface 3/10 very old and boring colors. Thieves

Once again the banks of jordan have decided the population are not worth standards set internationally for the way UX/UI is designed internationally. The future is the way that you run your businesses online. If you make my life difficult on your app. I will leave. Problems faced in the last 5 minutes of being on the app: - repeatedly being asked to put in a OTP after most actions I take on the app. - poorly positioned advertisement pop up upon signing in. - a non voluntary sign out of my account (mid my activities and using the app) because my “my session has expired”. Please housing bank, expect greater of yourselves.

The application requested to reset the password and once I have done it, i am unable to login again. I tried like 20 times to reset the password but it keep giving me error that the service is not avail, tried to get help from call center and I am always get the same answer it is working, remove the application and reinstall it. I am a security engineer working to protect the digital channels, I know how to use Applications :) but the support dealing with me like I am stupid. I am very disappointed.
