Requires an Internet connection to collect reward points which is just about the stupidest architecture any software person could ever come up with for an app that collects points and rewards in indoor spaces. Truly demented

Don’t know why price is different on the app. Also I said will pick up hot bowl by 12:10, got there and didn’t get food till 12:25

You order for pickup and even when you get there like an hour later the staff haven’t prepared the dish yet. Its £1 extra to use this app over what you would pay in the store. What gives? Can you get your staff to actually look at the orders from app please? I speak specifically of the Broadgate Circle branch.

For some reason although I have a card with ten stamps when I go to redeem it in store I can let get £5 off (vs a free bowl). Had hoped this bug would be fixed in the latest release

Okayyyyy island poke - crazy good value for money and always feel great after enjoying my salmon bowl! Great app as well, finally a brand that cares about easy customer journey and rewards! 🙌🏼👏🏼

With the location services, it’s great that the app picks up my closest Island Poke store. I also had a reward to claim, and it reminded me on the checkout.

Used the app previously with no issue but now can’t check out an order because it says “A valid UK number is required with 0 or +44” even though the field is populated with my UK number? Might want to roll back today’s update?
