It’s easy to setup but not reliable. The app keeps shutting down, also sometimes when you are away it’s doesn’t connect at all for no reason! Simply, it’s not reliable .

How do you set the camera to record on motion as I have to physically record only when I open the app and I’m watching. Seems pointless

Where is my saved videos on this application I didn’t delete any of my records videos

Have problems connecting to it. says it’s disconnected. Does work good when it does connect tho .

It often will not connect, especially when I am away from home and want to check things. Just not reliable and will not recommend to anyone.

How do I get the email alerts back. Used to work but I stopped using it as was not needed. I now want to use this feature and it seems to have disappeared? Some English speaking support would be good.

This camera worked for a while but now it is off line . Tried WIFI CONFIGURATIONS. But it just times out without connecting. Really frustrating, as don’t know who to contact to solve this problem.

Forgot password and no clue how to reset it!

Since iOS 13 dark mode and it’s updates have been released it’s difficult to connect to WiFi.Also doesn’t recognise Wi-fi connections available in house!!! Needs a revamp quickly please to get it going...waiting for the update
