Doesn’t function at all. The app closes itself. I do not recommend the app.

Super frustrating

Horrible app always closes on me. Does not keep up with offline brushing. Not worth buying the toothbrush

Can’t operate app in the background, can’t play music while app is open, app crashes anytime you click “more records.”

The morning and night music doesn’t play and I liked that feature, hope you can fix it!

Network failed to load please try again. It doesn’t even send you an email to sign up very upset I spent good money for this tooth brush and now my son can’t even use it with the app

Everytime I try to register it says “network failed”

app is asking for a verification number which is no where to be found. The instructions on how to sign up does not match what the app is doing.

So every time I try to sign up on the app it tells me network failed. Please fix this as I would love to be able to use it!!!
