Nice app to help you to sale your photo , but it’s difficult to learn how to use it , specially there is no Arabic language as other’s language.

Been using this app quite a bit over the past few days and I’m less and less impressed with the overall quality. There are bugs and usability issues. Examples: - The app crashes about once with every hour of use. It also restarts itself every time I switch to Safari, and continues to do so after quitting most apps on my iPad Pro. In fact it just quit while quickly switching between the App Store and the iStock app - Once it crashes/quits it shows duplicate ‘last searches’ - Clicking an artists name to view portfolio is a hit or miss, and if you’re lucky there’s n way to search within an artists portfolio like I can on my desktop - After clicking a thumbnail, zooming into the image first requires clicking it which is an unnecessary extra step - Clicking X to close windows is also scattershot, sometimes requiring 3-4 attempts - Fetching more thumbnails while browsing results (although admittedly I’m using the app on my iPad via hotspot to my phone’s LTE—though that isn’t bothering other apps I’m also using) - Sometimes there are display glitches when switching from portrait to landscape and back - The # of image results is hidden under the filter menu and doesn’t always show the correct count - There is no autocorrect in search fields

Pay for the services and the images still have the iStock watermark. Horrible user interface.

This app and the customer service are absolutely terrible

I did a free trial with this company. I never ended up using the subscription because the photos on the site were outdated. After my trial ended I went online to unsubscribe along with deleting all my card information. The company continues to charge me and now I have to dispute it with my bank. It’s NOT worth it.

I thought I would be able to use istock on my cellphone but apparently this app is just useless to me. I can't even see my recent searches or search for what I want (it just says they can't find anything, but how??? doesn't make sense) I'm very disappointed. The website is MUCH better.

Absolutely do NOT get! The subscription is $700 for the year! If you try to cancel it, you have to pay a $70 administrative fee. You can’t talk to anyone over the phone and everything is done via email and the “customer service team” does not provide any helpful service to the customer. What a scam.

I love the iStock content, and have subscribed for my business for quite some time now. Increasingly, though, the app is losing functionality as it suddenly quits in the middle of looking at photos, or adding them to boards. I use the app on my iPhone and keep the operating system up-to-date, and in fact, recently did a fresh reset of my whole phone, which did not improve the performance of the app.Each new update of the app seems to only make the performance worse. As the subject says, great content, but terrible app.
