It says you can activate online but you can’t. I went to two ATM subway locations and could not activate it. Do not buy this!

This is a sponsored add that won’t allow you to download the passes and their email address is invalid.
Either a scam or useless, or both
I paid 11 euro for a 1-way ticket in Venice (Mistake #1: you can buy them directly for 9.50) then I attempted to enter a ferry to the airport and they wouldn’t accept it. Waste of money, impossible to reach customer support. Lesson learned.
You have to pick up your card at one location only!
This is absolutely ridiculous. Nothing tells you when you buy the card that you have to get a physical card that is available at one location only, near Milano Centrale. Well, that’s not anywhere close to me. And there is no way to get my money back. I do not recommend!!
Failed to work
Despite purchasing a pass, it offered no download instructions or how to validate. As a result, I was fined 50 Euros on a Rome bus. And the app has no way of following up to ask questions, so I have no way of figuring out if I can get my money back. If I could give zero stars, I would.
Doesn’t work
I purchased a 3-day pass but there was no way to activate it fully and as a result I was fined €50. Also no way to contact to complain or ask questions. Do NOT recommend.
Scam!!!
Do not pay for this!! It is a scam! You can buy tickets at tobacco shops and metro stations! Do not purchase!!

This is a scam. After being told that this is a digital card, you find out you have to pick the card up. There is no address provided. If you try to download the voucher, you are told “Resource not found, please contact us.” But there is no phone number or email provided. I’m speaking momentarily with my credit card company to cancel the transaction.
Apple take down this app
Tried to access tickets for a 24-hr pass and the download is an empty link. Everything seems legit upfront but this is appears to be a scam. There is no way to get to tickets. There are other reviews online to confirm, wish I had read those first. @apple take down this app!
Scam does not work
Purchased a one day piece at twice the value of what can be purchased from the official app. Was unable to claim at the ATM kiosk as described. Save your money use ATM Milano
