iTaxi - The Taxi App

I’d expect the taxi to start coming after confirming the order! But I was waiting another 20 minutes before the order was confirmed by a driver! Got massively late :/ I’m going to use Uber or Bolt next time, what’s the point of a taxi???

Aplikacja Ok. Niestety mają jakieś problemy z płatnościami. Nie dość, że nie potrafili pobrać płatności, to wysyłają niegrzecznego maila z żądaniem zapłaty, bez wyjaśnienia o co chodzi, grożąc blokowaniem konta biznesowego!

Po aktualizacji zniknęło moje stare konto. Zniknęły ustawienia płatności, historie przejazdow, ulubione miejsca docelowe… wszystko się wyzerowało

Mam na koncie 50+ przejazdów i jest to jedyna aplikacja która faktycznie zatrudnia Polaków z licencją, prawem jazdy i samochodem w dobrym stanie, czego nie można powiedzieć o Uberze ani Bolcie. Jeśli was stać żeby zamawiać przejazdy wysokiej jakości to 100% polecam.

Jakim sensem jest aplikacja bez kierowców? Poznań to kompletne nieporozumienie, oczekiwanie jak w ogóle ktoś podejmie kurs to 30-40 min z notorycznym dzwonieniem do centrali z aplikacją nie udało mi się ani razu. Trójmiasto to mniejsze zło natomiast oczekiwanie w porównaniu do innych firm odbiega czasowo od rzeczywistości (nie chcą za bardzo się podejmować kursów ). Stolica podobnie jak Trójmiasto. Z przykrością stwierdzam, że coś jest nie tak i nie wróżę firmie dalszej ekspansji, sukcesów. Irytująca firma

The app is terrible - constant crashing, issues with driver not showing until the moment they actually arrive, gps is wonky. And that GOD DAMN NOISE. Who thought it’s a good idea for an app to make those constant RING noises that annoy the hell out of the client? But that could be acceptable if not for the drivers. Majority of them are good. All of them have licenses. That’s a plus. But there are still some that’ll try to screw you over for such a small sums it’s actually a pity. It’s not a matter of price, but the principle. Quitting this app due to that issue.

Aplikacja jest bardzo dobra ale często się zawiesza i pokazuje utratę połączenia z internetem. Aplikacja ma włączone odświeżanie i wszystkie dostępy. Błąd ten często generuje pomyłki

Mega mega mega!

I have booked a taxi in the evening to get to the train station in the morning the next day. 36PLN. Fine. All seems fine. In the morning 10min before the taxi should come received a message: “we are sorry your ride is cancelled because no driver is available.” WTF? Couldn’t you tell me that hours beforehand? I had to rush and walk down the street and catch a traditional cab instead. 24PLN! Moral of the story: - more unreliable than competitive services - more expensive Uninstalling the app.
