Forceful renewal even after uninstalling and deleting app.

After uninstalling the app and cancelling renewal, you guys still went ahead and renewed the monthly subscription, even without it being on my phone. Is this how you guys operate? Charging someone even without the app on the person’s phone? This has happened twice in a row!!!

Not fair

As a old customer who use to buy monthly subscription, I buy subscriptions several times we deserve at least free connection to pc, I can’t believe I can’t get any free vpn connected to my pc after using and subscribing with the account for many months.

Not perfect

Sometimes it connects, but it doesn’t work.
